Incoming telemarketing calls: Job summary not limited to: Being responsible for incoming calls, following a script and answering any questions customer may have. Telemarketer will need to read and know the product before work begins. Data entry.
Outgoing telemarketing calls/Appointment setting: Job summary not limited to: Being responsible for outgoing calls, following a script and answering any questions potential customers may have. Telemarketer will need to read and be familiar with the product before getting started. Individual may be responsible for setting appointments as well.
Requirements for both in and outbound call positions not limited to: Having daytime work availability during the week (9-5 for business calling, evening hours for consumer calling). Previous telemarketing and sales experience both required. As is the ability for phone/voice interview, and a typing speed of 45+ wpm.
For these positions cell phones are allowed with good connection only.
Compensation: Pay varies $8 - $15/hour depending on position and whether appointment call is business or consumer.
