Another option is to up the price of your mowing to include the compost and the work involved in placing the compost to your client's garden. Presto, you'll now earn double the money you would've just mowing the grass, depending on how you price the compost service.

Another way to recycle this job is by raising earthworms in the compost heap you created. Then just sell the worms to your mowing clients, other local gardeners, and to fishermen. You should have a strong stomach if you plan to do this.
